Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on every order, no minimum spend required. We ship to virtually every country in the world.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. We are not able to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs authority if you have questions.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@thejerseydistrict.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
