When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We also collect basic browsing data (pages visited, time spent) through standard server logs to improve the site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send order confirmation and shipping notifications
• Respond to customer service requests
• Send newsletters if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve and maintain the site

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep items in your cart and remember your currency preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not work correctly.

4. Payment Processing

Order and subscriber data is stored in Supabase, hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the store (Stripe for payments, our logistics partner for shipping).
