Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your jersey. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original or equivalent packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-printed jerseys
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@thejerseydistrict.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please mention this when contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In those cases we will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
